Dear friends, what an amazing morning. I cannot believe how well things went with my procedure for the tumor in my bladder. (Actually, I can. God took care of everything!) I entered surgery at 11:30 and was in my car going home at 2:00. The entire process took only 2 1/2 hours. Absolutely no pain or after affects at all. (I do have a very slight discomfort that almost amounts to nothing.) This is highly unusual. Continue Reading →
Last week I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. Later this week I am going to the hospital for a procedure that will remove the tumor from my bladder and chemo will be put in the area where the tumor was. The tumor will then be biopsied to determine the strength of the cancer. Depending on the strength of the cancer, a course of action will be determined.

Less than a month ago I wrote a post (February 10, 2015) about a dear friend who has cancer named Mary Anne. I asked all of you to pray for her. When I wrote my blog about her she was suffering with the side affects of chemo therapy with painfully swollen feet, and as you might imagine serious depression. We thought that we had lost her.
